MCM Special Products Limited supply the highly acclaimed ranges of Finesse drywall, Crystal single glazed and Crystal DG double glazed office partitioning systems.
From our ideally located position close to the M4 and M5 motorways, most standard products from our systems will be delivered direct to site anywhere mainland UK within 48 hours from order.
Stock is held in both mill finish, (ready for special colours or finishes) and also pre-powder coated in RAL 9010 white and RAL 9006 silver grey.
All aluminium and plastic parts used throughout the ranges are manufactured in the UK and our aluminium sections are extruded from recycled billet.
Crystal
Crystal DG
Crystal is an elegant full height single glazed partitioning system utilizing an ultra thin head, wall and floor profile that can accept glass from 10mm thick up to 15mm thick. The framework sections clip together, substantially reducing on site installation time and are fully compatible with the sections used for Finesse and crystal DG systems , enabling all three systems to connect directly together in any order.
Crystal DG is a full height double glazed partitioning system comprising a family of fully interactive aluminium sections including our unique double glazed internal main post. This outstanding feature eliminates the need for a mullion post and provides a flush and visually unbroken line of glazing. Glass panels from 6mm thick up to 12.8mm thick in any combination can be accommodated within the 75mm wide frame using our crystal (clear) gaskets.
Finesse
The Finesse drywall partitioning system comprises a range of full height clip fit aluminium and plastic sections that accommodate 2x12.5mm , 2x15.0mm or 4x12.5mm plasterboard panels as well as full or part height single or double glazed panels. The framework provides excellent acoustic properties and is fire rated for 30 and 60 minutes in solid form and 30 minutes in glazed form.

Aluminium sections supplied by MCM Special Products Limited are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom.
Green credentials
All Finesse, Crystal and Crystal DG aluminium sections are extruded from recycled aluminium billet.
Compatibility
All three of our partitioning systems are fully compatible with each other, enabling the Drywall, Single and Double glazed systems to all connect directly together with snap fit joints in any configuration, providing the ultimate in layout flexibility.

Powder coated from stock
Most aluminium sections are available from stock, finished RAL9010 white and RAL 9006 silver grey. We also hold stocks of unfinished parts for special colour applications.
